Heema entered the real estate industry just days after graduating from college. Early in his career, the best advice he got was to turn his rental business into a sales business. Today, Heema is a co-founder of The Heard | Khedr Team at Compass, a record-breaking team with more than 600 transactions and $100 million in total sales volume to its credit. Integral to that success has been his dedication to serving all buyers, sellers, and renters, no matter their budget. Whether it's a young professional seeking their first city rental, a celebrity looking to sell a luxury penthouse, or a C-suite executive hoping to secure an investment property, every transaction is an opportunity to earn a client for life.
 
Originally from New Jersey, Heema graduated from Villanova University with a degree in economics and a double minor in communications and Spanish. He owns a home in Greenwich Village and loves spending time with friends and family, reading, running, and traveling.
